Our service allows you to upload product photos and generate synthetic AI model fit layouts ("Outputs"). You retain all rights to the raw product photos you upload. By generating Outputs, you grant mode ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images to provide the service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all photos you upload and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
mode ai uses a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased via third-party providers (PayPal, Toss Payments). All sales are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices and packaging structures at any time.
The materials on mode ai's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. mode ai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
